City Hall

  1. Call to Order:  Nikki makes a motion to begin meeting at 7:43 pm, Skylar seconds, ALL IN FAVOR
    1.  Attendance: Joe Bradley, Dustin Michaels, Skylar Rigsby, Kim Long, Gabe Ferrell, Shamus Moore, Jonathan Rainey, Amanda Currier, Erin Hinton and Chris and Nikki Schmitz

    1. Previous Minutes
      1. Skylar makes a motion to approve previous minutes, Dustin seconds, ALL IN FAVOR

      1. $44,129.94 as of March 31st
      2. March bought in $9,930- mostly registration
        1. Spent $1,505 on referees
        2. Spent ~$3,488 on goals
        3. Concession- discussed opening a second account for concession
      3. Outstanding Balance

          1. Braden Hinton- 3 hours 30 minutes, Dominic Acuna- 3 hours, Drake Rainey- 3 hours, Joe Bradley- 17 hours and Logan Doyals- 9 hours and 15 minutes
            1. Chris made a motion to approve payments to the above mentioned for painting, Nikki seconds, ALL IN FAVOR

      1. City is talking about doing something about our storage
    2. Sidewalk
      1. $3,500 concrete for sidewalk from north side of facility to concession

      1. Get more poles and add LEDs (3-4 lights per pole)

      1. Need sand or dirt to level fields

      1. Corkscrew with concrete on top to hook it to the top that lay down so they can mow

      1. U13 has schedule finished but may have to reschedule some
    2. June 2nd and 3rd Tryouts
      1. Need to start advertising
      2. 1 hour sessions with U11/ U12 at 6 pm, u13/U14 at 7pm and U15/U16 at 8pm for Friday and Saturday at 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm (show up early if they want to warm up)
        1. Back-up date of Sunday, June 3
        2. Players will show up for the age group that they are trying out for

      1. U10 girls is the only group struggling with attendance

      2. 5 for refs, 2 for ice runs and 2 for OSA staff
