FINACIAL REPORT

Comments:
- Justin is working on cleaning up the QuickBooks to supply a more detailed report.
- Goals have been ordered.
- Justin and Skylar met with the CPA last week:
- Donations: They said to continue collecting our donations the way we have been doing. They said we are unable to farm out the donations thought he club.
- EIN: is not connected to any individual, but to the club/post office. The president just signs the tax returns. The club’s tax season is from the 1st of July to the end of June.
- Checking Acct: Looks good, but QuickBooks has a few items that will need to be categorized/itemized differently. Justin is currently working on this.

FIELD MAINTENANCE
- New nets have arrived, and the feet/straps all are in the storage building.
- Included in this order was PEVO nets and quick goals.
- Skylar stated that the wheels on Quick Goals were too expensive, will get some locally and install them.
- Paint arrived from the Turf Tank contract.
EQUIPMENT NEEDS
New sandbags needed: Item will be tabled until we get more information on product choices and prices.
WEBSITE
- Justin is working on this currently.
- Justin suggested making a “website” subfolder in GroupMe. Randa will create this folder.
FUNDRAISING
- Jonathan said that funds are still coming in. He is still working on some companies/people.
- Randa asked Jonathan to post an updated list of sponsors to GroupMe.
CONCESSIONS
- The first festival is this coming weekend. Ashley stated that everything seems to be coming together.
- Needing a burger flipper for this weekend.
COMPETITIVE/ACADEMY
- Parent Code of Conduct Issue: This previous weekend tournament, a parent became inappropriate over the player time/guest player time/starting positions.
- Plan: Skylar, Joe, and Randa will meet with the coaches and manager. Then they will visit with the parent in question. The issue will be brought back to the board for review.
- Goalie Training: Randa asked if the previous planned goalie training would start anytime soon. Skylar said he was unsure, because his contact still isn’t ready. Joe mentioned that he has been working with his goalies on Monday and Thursday evenings after his training sessions and they are welcome to join. Scott Hume was also mentioned as a good choice to talk to. He has previously volunteered to get involved.
RECREATION SOCCER
- U4/U6 training: Compliments to Austin for doing a great job!
Need of Referees: Austin stated that it is not a necessity because they are not keeping score, but he agreed that it would be a
good tool for the young referees to gain experience.
Mondays will be half skills/7 min quarters and Thursdays will be 10 min quarters.
- Coaches shirts are ready at 66 Ink. Randa will send Skylar the list of sizes. Skylar will pick them up.
- Issues with dogs at the fields: Leaving messes behind and causing distractions. Randa will send out a reminder through GotSport in a mass email.
- Website still has the spring schedule posted. Justin will work on this issue.
- Field lights: Outside members are messing with the timers and flipping on/off the breaker.
FUTSAL
- Winter Futsal, has the event been created. Jenna will work on this item.
- Starting Dec 1st through February 5th.
- The tournament is February 6TH through the 8TH.
TOPSoccer
- Randa has posted registration information on FaceBook several times.
- Melissa wants to take the flyers to the schools, but she wants to add a more detailed description to them first. Joe said a description is on the website we could get that information from.
- Justin was asked to work on taking Melissa’s contact information from the club website. Replacing it with the WCS contact information.
- Need to start registering our buddies/volunteers 18 and over in GotSport for background checks.
REFEREES
- Amanda has started using the new assigner platform and it is going smoothly.
It provides communication/payments/schedules for the referees.
- All games have been assigned for this upcoming weekends festival.
- Joe stated that we need to work on referee appearance and skills (example: running diagonally).
ODP
- Tryouts are in Weatherford October 12th.
- For available information on ODP, the website is oksoccer.com
NEW BUSINESS/SUGGESIONS
- Coaching clinics are taking place in Norman.
- Joe requested that if Ariana gets her certificate for these clinics, would the board be able to help/assist with the fees?
- Joe stated that Oklahoma is starting to crack down on the rule for competitive coaches. He stated that competitive coaches will have to get their D license, with a 1-year grace period.

PERPOSAL TO BE APPROVED: That we assist Ariana in getting her two scheduled grassroot classes completed. She will be reimbursed both class fees in the amount of $75 per class after providing proof of certificate.

ELECTIONS/BYLAWS/OTHER TOPICS
- Paid people/right to vote:
- Micheal Clark was contacted for counsel.
- He stated that we could pay a board member to do a job outside of his/her board duties, but any vote that would pertain to the job would be forfeited by that contracted board member.
- Joe Bradley’s Contract:
- The addition “At Will” is being questioned in his contract.
- Who would he answer to: The board, not only the Pres/Vise. Verbiage needing changed.
- Payment schedule needs to be added.
- Add that taxes will be filed as 1099.
- Follow our Code of Conduct.
PERPOSAL TO BE APPROVED: The At Will addition will be removed. The verbiage stating that he answers to the President/Vise President be changed to him answering to the board. A payment schedule/date will be added. Filing the 1099 for taxes will be added. There is a link to our Code of Conduct already included but it is required going forward.
Randa will also update Ariana’s contract, removing the At Will.
