FIELD MAINTENANCE

COMPETITIVE/ACADEMY

1. Need to submit all teams for league play. 3 Academy/5 Competitive submitted to Joe Bradley.
2. Scholarships: 2 per team, 12 total. Each player will register for the 5-month payment plan, paying the 1^st $55 only. Each coach will enter the name of the participant into the Board Meeting subfolder “Important Information” that way the remaining payments can be switched off.  Each participant will also agree to the following statement.

“Scholarship athletes will pay the initial $55.00 fee. The club will void the remaining payments. Scholarship athletes will be required to help the club with at least one club activity. These options include concession stand help, U6 officiating, TOPSoccer mentorship, field work, and/or assisting with rec team coaching. The team coach/manager will be in charge of keeping the scholarship athlete accountable. “

C. Pre-Season Camp: Scheduled for July 28^th-August 1^st 7:30-9:00.

For ALL Competitive and Academy Teams. All Coaches attendance required.

All other players, not already registered as Comp/Acad will need to register Rec in order to join the camp.

D. Goal Keeper Coaching: $30/hr plus $5 per kid, up to 2 times a week for fall season.

  U4-Use of 4 goals with kick-ins. 30 min skills training/30 min games.

• Final Schedule: February 2^nd

B. Winter Season: Will need to block Futsal building times.

• December 1^st-February 5^th

• Registration options were discussed-Possible daily registration charge of $5 and/or lump registration. Will need to register each play day, if the daily is chosen-will table until next meeting.
