FIELD MAINTENANCE

• Holes need to be filled
• Nets need to be worked on/replaced
• Moving U4 fields to the plateau
• Field 2 needs top dressing-Skylar will talk to Derek

Plan of Action: Plan Work Day, August 6^th. 

Buy new nets for large goals and U4/U6 goals.

FUNDRAISING

COMPETITIVE/ACADEMY

1. Coaching Education Meetings: Sundays at 8:30 PM.
2. Looking for requests for guest speakers.
3. Goal Keepers Training: Starting on Tuesdays at 7:00 PM with Skylar.

RECREATION SOCCER

1. All recreational teams will be Straight Lottery.
2. U4/U6-Discussed with Austin Little-Sept 22^nd to Oct 30^th on Mondays/Thursdays 6:00/7:00 PM.

  U4-Use of 4 goals with kick-ins. 30 min skills training/30 min games. With referees.

  U6-30 min skills training/30 min games. With referees.

C. Festival Dates

• Sept 20^th – Clinton
• Oct 4^th – Weatherford
• Oct 11^th – Clinton
• Oct 25^th – Weatherford
• Nov 1^st – Clinton (End of Season Tournament)

  Mandatory that all Weatherford Festival Dates remain on the scheduled event day.

FUTSAL

1. Tournament: Will need to block Futsal building times.

• February 6^th-8^th, tentative times are Fri 6pm-10pm, Sat/Sun 7am-10pm
• Closing Dead line: January 26^th
• Prelim Schedule: February 1^st
• Final Schedule: February 2^nd

B. Winter Season: Will need to block Futsal building times.

• December 1^st-February 5^th
• Registration options were discussed-Possible daily registration charge of $5 and/or lump registration. Will need to register each play day, if the daily is chosen-will table until next meeting.

• Volleyball has the courts reserved on Mondays, will discuss the possibilities of splitting the courts with them for the younger group. Then utilize the full courts on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

TOPSoccer

B. Jenna will reach out to Melissa about participants in doing a day camp/field trip. To increase our numbers.
