Background checks/Safe Sports for new coordinators.

COMPETITIVE/ACADEMY

1. Coaching Education Meetings: Sunday at 0830 PM.
2. Age-appropriate teams/Roster sizes.
3. Double check rosters and check payments.
4. Goal Keeping Training will start in the next few weeks on Tuesdays, TBD.

RECREATION SOCCER

1. Festival Dates

• Sept 20^th – Clinton
• Oct 4^th – Weatherford
• Oct 11^th – Clinton
• Oct 25^th – Weatherford
• Nov 1^st – Clinton (End of Season Tournament-Need to verify Fees and Days)

FUTSAL

1. Adult Play: Registration
2. Tournament: Will need to block Futsal building times.

• February 6^th-8^th, tentative times are Fri 6pm-10pm, Sat/Sun 7am-10pm
• Closing Dead line: January 26^th
• Prelim Schedule: February 1^st
• Final Schedule: February 2^nd

C. Winter Season: Will need to block Futsal building times.

• December 1^st-February 5^th

• Registration options were discussed-Possible daily registration charge of $5 and/or lump registration. Will need to register each play day, if the daily is chosen-will table until next meeting.

TOPSoccer

1. Dates: Will need to block Futsal building times.

• Oct 4^th  (During Saturday Festival)
• Oct 10^th  (Friday Evening)
• Oct 25^th  (During Saturday Festival)

REFEREES

The August Referee course was cancelled due to participation. 3-4 of those that were registered, re-certified at another facility.

Purchaser: Need to be specific on who is purchasing what items.

Donations: 501C Donations for a specific team. Family/Companies will be required to purchase a Club Sponsorship. The donation will be written to WSC and the dollar amount beyond the sponsorship will go to the designated team.
